The theme this time was love & marriage, I decided a simple shortbread, shaped into hearts & dipped in dark chocolate would be appropriate. I added a little cherry essence to the cookies for added flavour. I hope they were enjoyed!

Baking for Hospice- May. Shortbread Hearts
It was once again time to donate some baking for hospice... an event I look forward to every second month.
The theme this time was love & marriage, I decided a simple shortbread, shaped into hearts & dipped in dark chocolate would be appropriate. I added a little cherry essence to the cookies for added flavour. I hope they were enjoyed!
